The Art of Having No Goals

Sometimes, making goals can become a tedious task. Of course, it's always ideal to set a goal, work on it, and accomplish it. But, there are times when this isn't always the scenario. There are times when you set a goal, work on it, and fail to accomplish it. There's even the last scenario where you set a goal, and don't even get as far as working on it before you forget about it.

The other day, I ran across a great email about the art of making no goals. There are just moments in your life when you need a break.
So, what does having no goals look like? Do you just lay around all day, be lazy, and eat whatever you want? I think that the author of the post wrote it the best :

"No, you simply do. You find something you're passionate about, and do it. Just because you don't have goals doesn't mean you do nothing – you can create, you can produce, you can follow your passion.  And in practice, this is a wonderful thing: you wake up and do what you're passionate about."

For me, here's what I ended up with:
Family Time

Having no goals and focusing on my passion allows me to focus on what's important. I enjoy life because I'm always doing something I'm excited about. But whether I achieve or not isn't the point at all: all that matters is that I'm doing what I love, always.
I end up in places that are wonderful, surprising, great. I just didn't know I would get there when I started!

Today, find out what you are passionate about and just DO!

Bikini Body Drink

Are you getting ready for swim season?  DRINK UP!  Hydration is key when you are working out.  80% of our cells are made of water.  Tired of drinking water?  Change it up with this great tea recipe and ditch the sugary sodas and bottled teas.

BENEFITS OF TEAS
Fat Burning - A study of oolong tea suggests that a mix of caffeine and antioxidants increases the number of calories you burn by approximately 3 percent over 24 hours.  What's even better is that some of these extra calories might come from stored fat, according to the study!

Strong Body -  Several studies have linked regular tea consumption to higher bone density, helping to reduce you risk of fractures as you age.  Tea also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects which may help damaged tissue hear more quickly.
